Exchange Policies

What are your terms on exchanges?

We offer a 3-day “no questions asked” exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchases. Just contact us via email or at our studio within 36 hours upon receiving your package.

Terms & Conditions:

- We reserve the right to reject item(s) if it has been worn, used, washed or altered

- Item(s) must be returned to us within 2-3 days (local) and 7-10 days (international depending on time required as stipulated by post office). It is advisable that you use a Registered Postal Service with a tracking code as Dayglow Vintage will not be responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging

- Failure to comply with the above conditions above may void the exchange

- Once we have received and confirmed that the return item(s) has met our terms and conditions, we will email you an acknowledgement that your exchange has been processed. Pls allow approximately 3 to 5 working days for your exchange to be processed.

- Concurrently, pls inform us of the item(s) to exchange for. New item(s) will only be mailed once additional shipping has been paid to us.

- Kindly note that item(s) are only allowed to be exchanged once.

- All goods sold are non-refundable.
