What are your shipping rates?

For domestic orders, we offer a flat rate of SGD 7, and an additional of SGD 2 per item. For international purchases, we ship via SingPost Airmail at a flat rate of SGD 10 + additional of SGD 2 per item. All purchases will be shippied via SingPost Registered Mail, which includes a tracking code.

Do you combine shipping or offer discounts on more than 1 items?

We are not able to reduce our shipping as they have been reasonably priced to include abuse-free packaging to ensure that you get your item in the best condition. This will not be compromised as we take pride in our designs and they should always be handled with care during delivery. However, we are happy to give a discount of 5% off every SGD 200 spent at our store. Simply key in coupon code “pur200″ during checkout.

Do you absorb the shipping on returns?

We will refund the shipping incurred to return if the garment has been misrepresented or damaged. For all other returns / exchanges, buyer will bear the shipping on return.
