Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

When you see an item you like, click on “add to cart” and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on “Checkout” to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on 1 of the payment options available to finish.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept:

  • Interbank transfers (preferred for Singapore buyers)
  • PayPal (All international buyers)

How will I know that my order was accepted?

For payment via Paypal, an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form.

For loyal buyers paying via interbank transfer, an e-mail confirmation will be sent once the transfer is completed.

How do I check my order status?

An email and tracking number will be sent to you once your item is shipped.

What are the currencies accepted?

Our prices are stated in Singapore dollars. When you send payment to us, your home currency will be converted to Singapore dollars by PayPal.

We endeavour to reply to any questions that you may have. You may e-mail us at helpme@dayglowvintage.com.sg and we will respond to your e-mail within 24 hours. Alternatively, you may leave us a comment here on our site.
